Famous Bear Lake Monster Boat for sale: $9,900. Motors alone are worth $5k. The pontoon boat is 35 feet long by 15.5 feet wide. Head and tail are an additional 15 feet each, for a total length of 65’. Has two 1989 Johnson 150 horsepower outboard motors. Top speed is about 20 mph. Can wakeboard behind the boat. Cosmetics of boat need attention such as paint and rubberized monster skin. The two engines and two pontoon hulls are in good condition. lol

I have to admit the idea is funny, but the boat is run down, pontoon's are a very old style, and the engines look sad.

nobody out there would buy the boat because the boat is "famous" (I see a lake joke).

I think they would be lucky to see 2k out of that, and that's only because of the engines.

A condensed version of the boats I personally have viewed in my recent boat shopping endeavors- Boat is marginally acceptable as a floating vessel. Has a homebuilt engine half-arse screwed to the rearmost area of the unit. The lights are often non operational but a safety inspection by the water patrol will be no worries. Carpet could stand replacing, but is the only remaining "floor" surface in a large portion of the deck. Trailer will need melted in an electric arc furnace and drawn into bars..at which point it could be made into a newly crafted trailer. I wont hesitate to provide a full record of repairs which I myself have done whilst blindingly intoxicated and tweaked on bath salts. Thanks for looking.

that isnt even in shape to be called a boat let alone a collector. A LEAF COLLECTOR, MILDEW collector now were on the right collector ideas.

Re: Funny "TLC needed" boat ads on Craigslist.

Only thing better then a good friend w/ a boat is a brother who has a boat:D Oh wait, no it's worse if your the brother that has the boat....

I had a good friend who split a nice boat 3 ways w/ 2 of his boating friends. Worse mistake he ever made. Including a 5yr marriage that ended in a divorce that was U-G-L-Y...... He & 1 guy carried the bulk of the $ & work. Other guy didn't even take his garbage off the boat, after using it: boat cover?? what boat cover?? hmm, pretty sure it had gas when we left, don't know why it's empty now??:mad: Horses arse.........

Carp, now I'm the friend w/ a boat(s) Where are all those people I helped w/ theirs, now?
