You're using non-genuine bellows. That is why you're having trouble putting them on. I used GLM bellows ONCE, never ever again. I always install anything made of rubber as genuine Merc. Bellows and impellers... Always genuine.

a load leveler is always going to make handling an engine easier

you may or may not have the room for it.

I also have four sub-chains as shown in attached file. I have a question, Hown can I connect the sub-chain with engine. It seems the mounting three points by which I used for pulling is not good to in mounting back. Where is the best four mounting points? Maybe I can take some bolts off and then I can apply them.

Your alignment bar should go all the way in to the step on the shaft. If you don’t have issues shifting, the cables are ok.

As I said, the bar should go in further. So no it’s not aligned yet. You may be close but not close enough.

Do you mean I should push the alignment tool more or I should put more lubricant and then I can get long bar?

Should I make the engine front higher or lower?

Push the alignment tool more. You should feel a solid clunk when it's all the way in and the step-up in the diameter of the bar contacts the gimbal bearing.

Tap the alignment bar up, down and side to side. That centers the gimbal bearing. Be sure the bar goes in all the way. Use a dead blow hammer to tap it. Then check the alignment.

Today I connected the wire back, and then I connected the positive red cable and black cable to the battary, to my surprise, the blower started working.
What I did are showed in attached. I compared the picts before I took before I removed, But I cannot find what are wrong

I found one black cable is missing to be connected, also I disable the blower and I can start the engine.

Really I do not understand what I should do. I follow the following video,

Also watch my video on gimbal bearings.. that explains what to do when putting a new bearing in to get it aligned to the engine. Once that's do, then you align the engine to the bearing. Yes, you must do both, and in that order.

It seems that my gimbal bearing is fixed and is not the same other gimbal bearing which can turn in any direction. So I confused
