Should I do any maintain for the sealed bearing. I tried to turn it by my hand and felt it is not very smoothy while turning
there is nothing to maintain on the sealed bearing - only to make sure water stays out . If it is not smooth then replace it

is my gimbal bearing in the good working condition? the below is leaking. and I have to reseal it. Maybe the leaking into water led to the damage the sealed gimbal bearing.

If you had leaking bellows yes replace the gimbal bearing while you are in there

They do not like water

Those bearings are not true sealed bearings. A true sealed bearing has a rubber lip on the inner race area. They are shielded bearings, unfortunately they can get water in them from leaking bellows. If everything is fine with the bellows, they last a long time. As long as alignment is good they are fine. Heck, my bellows are 10 years old and so is the bearing.

Then you are doing something wrong. Bellows should last years
I know the bellow is good. only it is leaking. So sometime I do not like to raise the outdrive too high. and Now I get more familiar with reseaing. Also I found that it is dirty beside the lower shift cable. See attached file at No. 300. What happened? Yesterday I just ignored this issue

Anyone can help me check again this gimbal bearing had hole or not? At that time I could not find a hole for grease filling, now I tried to fill the grease. and attached file is what I saw. You can click the link to see the detail of the gimbal bearing I bought 2 years ago. Maybe I have to pull it out and check it again to ensure I install the gimbal bearing correctly.
some ODs don't have grease holes and use a sealed bearing.

Today I run my motor at my driveway after one day in the lake and I heard that there some click noise from outdrive then I took the outdrive off and found some white water flew away from lower shift cable. also I upload all the pictures of my gimbal bearing house. Do you know where is the water from ? I resealed the bellows a week ago. Is it possible that water leaks from lower shift cable?

Could be a hole in the bellows or a bad seal of the bellows to the places it attaches to the boat. Could be a bad transom gasket or one that was improperly installed.

I'd be checking the bellows.

Do you have the big square o-ring in the housing? All I see is grease and water.

Yes. I have fixed this issue and there is not any water in the u-joint bellow any more. It is very clean. I have just taken a photo inside the bellow

Hope it stays dry. I have to ask again if the o-ring was in place or what you did to fix the issue.
