Re: Boat Names

My wife and I are watching Dexter on netflix and have 3 episodes left in the series, if we like the way it ends we're going to name our boat "Slice of Life". It's a red boat so kind of fits.

We are currently addicted to this show too, and you're right it does fit!!

Re: Boat Names

My buddy had a boat named the "Canardly" .......... it was underpowered and Canardly get up on a plane ...........I've always thought "just for now" would be a good name ---- just because all boaters have multiple boats in their lives --------

Re: Boat Names

Hey I bought an OD 11 last year and it is great. I was trying to replace some of the parts on it but cant find the washer that fits the hull drain. Wondering if there is a parts list out there at all or where I might find one. thanks

You might do better sending a PM directly to the poster with the boat too which you've responded. Or putting up your own thread in regards to what you need! iboats has/is a great resource for all things boat!

Welcome to iboats forum as well!!

Our is "OttoPilot". Our last name is Otto and I'm a airline pilot by trade. I'm sure many people who don't know us are very confused by the name, but it's perfect for us.

That is brilliant!! I bet you have a lot of fun with your name in your work world!

Re: What's your boat's name??

Bought my latest boat about two years ago and had made up my mind to buy a 38' with twin drives. When I finally went in to make my offer on it I found a 21' Wellcraft that was way more in line with what I needed instead of what I wanted.

So instead of having two drives, I had one drive hanging down, so it got the name "One Hung Low".

Keep getting crap from friends because I have had testicular cancer and only have one left and they say I named because of that.

I think that name is awesome! I admit, I giggled. Glad you kicked it's, ah, stern. :)
