My little 12ft V bottom aluminum boat w/15hp Johnson got dubbed the 'S.S. MinnowChaser' because it isn't big enough to be a 'Basstracker'.

The new boat we haven't decided on yet, I'm thinking on

Name came with the boat.... a '90 Sea Ray BR. I bought it from the original owner, and kept it.

My favorite one I've ever seen was on a very nice wood boat. Varnishing point.
and of course it was in a wedge vanishing off into the distance. He must have been an artist or draftsman.

After having quite a bit of trouble with my boat the last couple of years, including TWO engines due to water damage ( I think that is all behind me now though), I was thinking about:

Damnit! (or some variation)
Oh $$$$ hit (Each $ is significant. Also not sure how I would use this on the radio)
Knot again!
Broke Out ... (as in a few more thousand)
Broke Now
Broke Again

We haven?t named our run-a-bout but our pontoon was named S.S. P.O.S. when we bought it. It has a history of problems so it was fitting. Well since our kids are young we thought we should clean it up a little so now it?s called S.S. POOP. Took a lot of beers to come up with that one

My Dad, Had a boat named "Bad luck!" And thats all he had with it . Every time he took it out. He had to work on something, So he sold it. The Man he sold it to rewired it for a spot light. on the front of the boat. While doing so he disconected both bilge pumps. He hit a stump. sprung a leak and the boat sank, on his first trip in it.

Don't know if its been done but our little 8' Columbia fishing boat is going to be named "A lil Knot E"
And my glastron is going to be "Knot E" But knot will be an image of a knot.

My 18 ft Webbcraft was named -Dont worry...She's 18- after once seeing a 17 ft boat named -shes only 17-

Also, proud of myself, did the lettering myself with a couple beers, a paintbrush and a steady hand.
