Just got your engine question...most of these bass boats use a minimum of a about a 75 HP all the way up to about 125 HP engines...
The reason being is that they can get pretty heavy with 2-3 people on board, a couple of full livewells, a full load of fuel, all the fishing tackle and refreshments, plus safety gear, etc...mine has a 140 HP on it, but that is the "old school" method of HP rating...which is at the engine, not the Modern way where they measure HP at the Prop...makes mine equivalent to about a 115 HP...
With boats, you almost always want to have more power than you think you need...
...If you can get on info on your ProCraft from the internet, see what they were powered with and go with something similar...
