Anyone paying less than 2 bucks a gallon??

We just had a gas station drop to 1.99 a gal for 87 octane today.2 bucks a gallon.....I never thought I would feel relieved to see gas at that price.Charlie

We Florida types are, at least until the 31st of this month. We enjoyed a one-month state tax reprieve, which amounts to .08per gal.

it's usually less expensive here than most places. right now, most stations are around $1.80.<br /><br />regardless, the gas prices this summer have put a slight dent into my boating, I must admit.

About $1.70/gal around here for regular. Love my 3.0 liter in the boat, no dent in my fishing at all. Awesome mileage as long as you keep the throttle hand under control, and even then not too bad.

Yeah, I'm usually stuck buying Premium too, that was $1.99, two of my cars take that....luckly my truck and boat both take Regular, at $1.69.

1.699 for 87 at my local station today, but that can change two or three times a day, as we all know. 92 is usually 14 cents higher than 87 here in the Twin Cities.

I live in the Dallas area, and am paying around 1.75 for 87, and 1.70 for diesel. It's eating into my fun money.

In Wisconsin 1.92 Jump the boarder to Illinois it was about 1.84. Cheap stuff...

Was "lucky" enough yesterday to find 87 octane for a mere $1.759. Never thought I'd be glad to see it at that price. Oh, for the days of $0.999/gal...

Boy,most of you guys have it good!!!!! I am on Long Island NY and 1.99 for 87 is almost unheard of except for 1 or 2 places.You cant even say regular here because if you do they put in 88 octane for 15 cents more per gallon.Some of these rip-off stations call the 87 economy.Charlie

$1.74 for name brand 87 octane here. You can buy no-name 87 cheaper, but I'd rather not use it.

We've just had some nasty hikes. It's up to $2.72 for Regular, $2.94 for Premium, $2.98 for Diesel.<br /><br />Most of which goes to the government! <br /><br />Chris.........

I'm just converting Canadian prices to American. <br />Wow what a difference. <br />For the last little while it has been $.90/litre<br />There is 5 litres in 1.1 gallon = $4.50/gallon.<br />So, Canadian dollar is $.70 to American<br />So, 5 litres times $.70 = $3.50/gallon <br />We are getting screwed here in Canada!!!! <br />So whatever prices you guys are getting, just be happy your not here spending money on gas. <br />I guess that is the price for not being able to carry guns here. <br />I don't like it....I don't like it at all <br />I guess I'm coming to fill up in Bellingham, WA from now on.
