Here is my 2000 Larson 254 Cabrio, I LOVE this boat. I have some other pics I need to dig up. It has a Volvo Penta 5.7L GL hooked to a duo prop.

Just bought a '98 Cabrio 254 myself and starving for info before I launch. This a good spot or should I start a new thread?

Johnshan1 - Just bought a '98 254 Cabrio without trailer. I will be splashing in salt water and mooring it for the season. I noticed you use a bunk trailer and not a roller. Do you have any issues with the step cut hull on this trailer?

No issues at all. The rear bunks stop where the cut is.

Here's my 2006 Senza 206 with a Volvo 5.0 GXI 270 hp. Bought it new in April 2008. Great boat!!

My 2009 Senza 186. 220 HP Volvo 5.0L

The only lake it has ever been on is Lake Powell. Fastest I've gone in it is 53mph. This is my very first boat and I love it.

Found this one 7 years ago living in a garage. Almost no use on it. It looked like it had just rolled out of the showroom. Top had never even been up. 1990 Larson Lazer. Don't have many photos, hope these will do.
