****, it was kinda of readable but dirty, but when I cleaned it off it took all the damn writing off

And the ski the sky pylon is just screwed down, I am trying to replace as little as possible, but would love anything you don't need, right now I am trying to test the horn and blower

Thanks,

I would check how the ski pylon is installed from below to check on rotten wood.
I have removed that center section and it has very little wood, just fiberglass.

Hope it attached to the transom somehow?

It is screwed into the fiber glass, and is really secure, did your boat have the back ladder in tact? Also can this be cleaned up, wondering why the copper is kinked

I have the top section before the ladder section. Bottom Ladder section missing.

On the Fuel tank you need to remove that copper line totally. If it is in contact with the top of the aluminum fuel tank, it can corrode the aluminum. The fuel hoses looks like they need to be replaced.
This is what mine looks like. You can't see it but closer to the engine is a line of corrosion from the copper line. Also my screws sealing the fuel sender were stripped out. Fuel was leaking out.

I would drain that tank then remove hoses and line,

Plug openings and pressure test to 5 PSI. Be careful you could blow your tank. :watermelon: I did.:watermelon:

If the owners manual that you have is a Hammond El Dorado manual would like a copy if you can.

What is your name? calling you 52 seems wrong.

The manual isn't complete, but if you private message me with your email address, I will scan to pdf and email it to you, was your horn in tact and does it work?

Sent you a PM. Horn was damaged I am replacing it.

I'll be checking each piece of equipment as I install. Either by rebuild, electrical test, pressure testing,or other misc testing.

As you noticed, I received a water tight boat with a pond and a tree.

How could you tell you blew your tank? What psi did it blow at? Was it repairable?

I thought I had it complete, but when it was in the air you notice the ear plugs sticking out of the drain **** holes

Also over the weekend worked on the dash panel. When you change them over to LED you should check if they work  ???

After some disassembly and cleaning all contact points, I can now tell that the Blue back light looks good on the gauges.
I also ran the gauges through what tests that I could try without them being hooked up.

Frank helped me do some wiring this weekend. First wired up the trailer, then started on the back of the boat

Also unwrapped and unclamped the sunbed board. it looks good, need a little trimming. Kurt2112au was able to set me straight on the mounting hardware. Thought it was originally hinged, but found out it had some type of back hooks and front bolts to secure it.

Original starter initially worked but then it crapped out. Placed an received starter order from iboats.

Still have a wiring issue. Trying to finish wiring before working on upholstery

Trying to upload a photo but still getting an error. Try next time.
