Was a scary moment it almost didnt get high enough i had a half inch to slide it under lol but awesome part was i backed it right under the first time, i cant even park at home depot that perfect lol, now to decide on ss screws or rivits to the connection

Got a free donor boat for ebgine and trailer , engine looks brand new like it was a summit rebuilt with crome valve covere and dominator manifold of course those. Overs got to go but not sure about the intake , im hoping to do closed cooling so i dont think ma ifold will be a issue

The boat was left at storage place where we rent a storefront, the boat looked as if it had a fresh restore all new upolstery, sad to throw it all away but i dont know anyone with this type of boat its a 19 or 20 ft capri . ..

they worked very well , i went and got some 4 gauge booster cables from home depot and used that for feed wire crimped some ends on it with my handheld hydraulic crimp tool, :) I need to purchase new rub rail as well ugh !

got rubrail on and engine ready to drop in boat :) took down front gantry , as soon as 3.0 is in ill take down back, going to run with 3.0 for now to see how it does and then if need be ill build the sbc 5.7 to upgrade

thanks its got some slight wavy in it im hoping it settles down with heat but if not i will go with a solid aluminum replacement when money permits :)

She may have some waves only you can see. But she sure be pretty going by the other boats out in the water.

nevaa:) i still hit everyone's posts i just hadn't had much to post myself, but that's about to change im about to drop engine in and then ill have some neet stuff post worthy again :)

got engine back in :) moving right along:) now i get to take down other gantry and clean up work area to find my dang alignment tool ... i know i put it next to the 3/8 12 point to make sure i didn't lose them :)(

My workshop is so disorganized now that several times I've had to use "wrong" tools because I can't find the right ones I know I have somewhere. One of these days I'm going to have to straighten my mess out :)
