so today i took and ground out all the stress cracks on the port side, removed decals and ground down some patches i had done where old antenna was, then i started on fridge area , looked like several different fridges and hacks had taken place so i figured when i put new fridge in 12 volt model i would fix it right, I'm almost up to final fairing and gel coat on that piece and then i just need to finish sanding and can start painting :) still undecided about gel- coat or paint, gel coat is so easy to work with :)

I like it the fact it is your dream boat. I can't wait to see what you do with it.

lol,Sam! so today got rest of boat sanded , anyone ever needing to sand around engine boxes or raised lips on bait wells a hollow pool float works well just cut it then put adhesive sand paper on it and go ! also made various sanding tools for these edges the boat has, i think i got it, but tomorrow is a new day!
I will go over entire thing to see that i got everything strait smooth, then i will wash it several times
then i will coat it with raptor liner semi smooth and thinned and give it two weeks to cure before going in and taping off the areas that i want a rougher pattern.
I have battled back and forth and decided to stick to my original plan over gel coat, its easy to work with but then i haven't sanded it past 150 because my plan all along was to use raptor.
