Dozer ; You r indeed a master restoration genius. I salute you. The Naked Lady is absolutely Georges. I am going to use your oak trim idea. Thank you for all the wonderful pictures & post.
You are doing some great work!! I wanted too ask what thickness of foam did you use for the bow back rests? I'm going too use the same concept with the covered screws. Did you find the windshield screw cover vinyl? Taylor made had sent me some samples that didn't fit, so I'm still looking.
Darn it all anyways, Glen...I stopped here to check out your thread featuring the splash part and then backed up to the first page and read through the whole thread. In other words, I was so impressed with the finished look of the SS, I had to spend the better part of 2 hours to see how you did it.
Simply Outstanding, Glen
Thanks for sharing this story,
Rusty
Looks fantastic Glen!! Really, really sharp! Water. Fish. Awesome boat. Pretty much sums it up! Eh?!
Glen, I really think the only restore I have seen on here in the same class as your work is North Beach's Liquid Limo.
And actually you have raised the bar and are probably in a class all by yourself.
I feel so inferior...lol
YOU ROCK!!!!
yeah. Kev said it all. you need to take that sucker to boat shows.
It's too bad you didn't get to share in the Naked Lady skinny dipping after all your hard work, Dozer. She looks really good.
It's a beautiful thing.
Any performance details?
