Sliced and diced and done and out.;)

You make it sound like your scraping a FG.

Doc's are great these days. Heal time and then PT getting it strong again. You'll be rebuilding before you know it. Hang in there.

Thanks fellas, yah no big deal, this will heal up fast, I'm confident of that:)

BG - yah sorry, I guess I failed to mention that. I'll go back and put that in. Yup, 16 footer. The beauty is that it has a full 6' beam, love that:D

Well, is it cool if I shape/build a cake and ice cream holder? Yah, that would be awesome!:D

Pour in foam is a drag, my sincere condolences. I think I spent a whole 10 minutes pulling the foam out of mine :p

Keyhole drywall saw worked like a dream on the deep spray foam in the Jet, and is equally handy lefty or righty:D

Keep the cast HIGH & DRY, I think you may have heard, fiberglass isn't waterproof:eek:

Ugh, yah, this kinda seems like an "extra" job compared to what I've done before, rats.

Drywall saw, good tip! I was using a small spade with a 5' handle, worked real well.

Yah it's just a little humid tonight and I can feel this cast rotting around my arm already!

:D

I'm posting late tonight! I feel so awake!

I couldn't figure out why, then it hit me...

I was sound asleep for a solid hour and a half today while under the knife, ha!

I should stop by there more often for a nice mid day nap:)

Great score on the new SN.:D Hated to see the pic of your hand. Gald to hear there's no permanent damage and the good ole glasser doc can fix it.
You should get one of the 3" cutoff tools for that type of work. Any open blade is always a bad way to use a tool.

Re: 1980 Sea Nymph SS 165

I suspect there's an 75-90hp OB still attached to the neglected glasser Jas probably found.

You know you don't have to sawzall the transom off the back to get an OB off right? Hope ya score a great motor and a decent trailer, I think you've got the trailer work down based on recent evidence.
