Re: 1977 Chrysler Sport Fury
A little Ditty for JonesG and Tall Canadian
and all else at iboats For am
I came to iboats for transom advice
It was rotted - Of this I was quite sure
cut a hole in the deck they said you will
probably find more.
I peeked in the hole and what did I see
a rotted deck, soggy foam and stringers that
were mushy.
So I ripped and and I tore and once or twice I swore
And as you can see I built a gallows for lack of a tree
and there the old evinrude swings free
off came the cap, the deck and the foam
Then what the hell I might as well just start with a
shell.
I will grind and grind and grind some more,
then I will glass and sand and glass some more
I will take might time not go to fast cuz
we don't want this job to be half assed
Will I gel coat or paint it I'm not sure
OH BY THE WAY ITS A HATCH NOT A DOOR!
