Re: 1976 Holiday 18 Mercruiser 120

I like the added pop of red on the interior 'rubrail' against the white vinyl. Touches man, it's all in the subtle, really great, detailed touches.

The black edging was EXACTLY what the diamond plate needed on the stern, and now that you've done it, it's how the bow was done, so shouldn't have been a surprise. Still was :watermelon:

The SC logo on the back of the seats in the same halo blk & red lettering is perfect.

What's capacity on this Holiday running the small inline motor? 8 people, if they're all the size of a mid-western 6th grader? Better load up on some nice folding deck chairs. You're going to NEED more then 4 seats once this hits the water. EVERYBODY's going to want a quick cruise on her when they see her.
I forget do Starmadians pay double fare or half price? Or is it really going to be a :canada: vs :usa2: split?

Come on soft water.

Thanks Guys, jb she is only going to be seating for four, lot of room to move around and fish. I Starmadians are coming for a right, they are free, just bring wobbly pops for later.;)

Well so much for boat work, it's back to work this morning.

Work is good, it pays for the nice things you're doing, Dozer. It's almost like starting a new job after all the forced time off.

Re: 1976 Holiday 18 Mercruiser 120

Man it been a week from H##l, sometimes I think it would just be easier to stay at work. OH Well enough whinning, my best buddy is coming out for the weekend to work on fifth wheels and boats so all is good.
I got a big shipment yesterday and got a little extra time this afternoon to make a little progress.

Cup and rod holders arrived and got installed.

Installed a couple subtle interior lights C/O Budski.

And finally my new 3500lb axle, it made two trips to Sask from Alberta before it found it's way to me.

Sorry to hear your week sucked.... but as you said... should be a great weekend!!

Ya... I think that's looking great! Not bad at all for an afternoon's progress!!! :D I like seat boxes at the back too... and that 3500lbs axle will help to ensure that all is good for your travels back and forth!

Looks great man! Too bad there's gonna be fish guts in there!

Looking good, I see that trailer tube has stickers on it... Good thing they are just little pin stripes. Did I mention I hate stickers.

You are one lucky guy! You don't to wait for soft water, you can fish anytime in the shop. I see all the fish on the Humminbird.
