Thanks fellas!

All right, couple more quick items done, kinda finish work type stuff. Now that I have all the plumbing, electrical, fuel lines, yadayada, done I wrapped all that up with carpet to finish it up nice...

I also took some Taco vinyl trim and finished off the top edge of the side walls/shelf...

Then I had exactly enough left over to trim out this forward bow hatch...

That should protect the edges of all that stuff well and gives it a nice finished look:thumb:

Every little thing makes such a difference in the finishing stage She's gonna be (is)a real beauty Jas. Similar color to mine. I used Nason single stage stuff. I went for the lighter blue to better match the original. The Starcraft Stickers look great. That is on my ever growing list for this year too. It is amazing to me that someone makes AMF Crestliner stickers for my 77. Can't wait to get them and put them on after seeing yours. Really helps the color scheme putting that touch of white in there. At least "I" think so. Good luck in May. Let's hope the recovery is quick. For sure you'll be ready to go by late June, early July. Not great but it could have been worse.

I'm liking the look of how you did the toggle switches, super clean look. I'm thinking my SS is going to have a row of those, maybe you can explain again how you got those labels made?

Thanks guys!:D

AOK WM, I stole that idea many years ago actually. Where? I don't even remember. I saw it and knew I liked it a lot. I started by picking up one of those letter punch deals like this:

Well, for the life of me I couldn't keep the letters neat, punched complete, or curved around the washer completely. Fail. Man I tried like crazy but it was clear that it needed to be done by machine to make it look good.

So, I paid a visit to my local printer and they had just bought a new laser engraver. I told them what I was after, gave them a fistful of stainless washers and they had them done in a flash. Pretty cheap too.

When I got them back I took a red metal sanding pad and worked them each a bit. It smoothed out the stainless washer nice and made the print a little softer/easier on the eyes. Then, just bolted them in place, piece of cake!:thumb::clap2:

They are super nice. That is something that you can mail to Jas's guy as well WM if you couldn't find someone local. What would shipping be on a few washers?

Where ever you got the idea for the switch labels, you took it to the next level. A big :thumb:

I know we all like the tinny's but don't go tin on the knee. Stainless steel is the way to go if they've got to use anything :)

PS That glove box area is super cool. I could use one of those.

What HP is your 4.3L again? They sure do run nice with lots of grunt, I couldn't be happier with mine. I know you'll be floored at how smooth she runs compared to a 2 stroke OB.
