So I have been picking at the little ship but until I post pics ..... it didn't happen! Got the cuddy, helm, kitchen and dinning room all layed out. Now to pull it all back out, lay some tabbing over the sink/dinning table seat mounts, gelcoat over all the bare glass, figure out what I am doing to mount the cuddy ceiling, clean and Polish all the gelcoat in the front half of the boat and reassemble

went and grabbed spare swamp cooler and put in place, turned on pump for a few and turned on. 5 min later 92 deg..... :).
came back out in evening to work and from 105 to 80. Got the dinette mounts done and seats back in

Been back at it......
Here is the bilge pump setup.
The little pump is ran off a transistor circuit that senses water. No moving parts. The big pump is ran off of the float assembly. When there is a small amount of water the little 500gph will keep the level down and with the transistor sensor i dont have to worry about junk in the float. If i have an issue the 2000gph will do the heavy work

Also got windshield sealed and sky light window replaced.
Now for advice......
Not sure how to do this headliner. Thin wood sheets with fabric or vinyl glued on and screwed in or foam glued to roof and glue fabric to that.
Or any other ideas?

I'm thinking of useing this corrogated plastic sheet. No rot. Then attach headliner.
