I'll add that I stopped by on Monday to check out his new motor and lend some heckling help to Greek's brother. He's got a good plan for the boat. Even if it does include zebra stripe shag carpet side panels, disco ball, and stripper pole. Oh wait that was his brothers plan. I tried to talk him into a center console with steps on each side up to a large front casting deck which made it a bit further but still not very far. In the end it sounds like about the layout of Jas's (former)Jet on steroids and should make for a great fishing machine.

All in all I had a fun visit.

Well, the motor turned out to be a 1987 90hp power head and a 1996 112hp lower unit.

The interior and floor have been stripped, power washed and got a coat of gluvit.

The new plywood has been cut and fitted. Tomorrow some sanding and buy some resin.

Greek - nice work on the boat. I have a V-4 90 and it gets me up to 40 -42 mph, nice.

Sorry to here about the rib, I cracked one in March, can still feel it when I get out of bed in the morning.

I wasn't going to install a livewell untill I found 3 waterproof hatch doors all for $70. Now I'm toying with the Idea of using a diamond plate truck tool box for a livewell. Sealing the lid and installing the hatch in the middle of it. Using one or both of the other hatches for storage areas. Gives me a headache.

Glad to see you making progress. That truck box would fit in the floor of a front casting deck nicely right in front of a center console.
