Second coat went better. Bumped up the temp in the shop and used a smidge more reducer.

Wow, looks great & now that the fore deck is bright white, man that's some dark tinted windows...

Looking good all taped up for the hull paint.

now that the fore deck is bright white, man that's some dark tinted windows...

There ya go, making forward progress again! :encouragement:

I think the primer and painting stage is one my favorites, it means no more sanding in on the horizon. :D

do you have any pictures of the bracing you built to strengthen the transom for that big outboard on a bracket?

Brand new transom, 7 inch channel aluminum. Vertical brackets through bolted to transom and bolted to existing stringers, all rivits redone with high strength structural rivits.

Lots of nice sturdy work there but it sure looks odd not seeing a keyhole.
