1970 Larson Lapline - Floor Help Needed

Seeking any and all pictures and assistance for tearing down and rebuilding the floor of
my newly acquired 1970 Larson Lapline runabout. It outside uncovered for years, so I'm sure the wooden floor under glass is probably toast. I understand there is some foam I'll need to remove as well. Anyone have pics of what that looks, or diagrams of the floor design?

Welcome! My recommendation to you is to start with posting some pics so we can all see what you are talking about. Secondly, If you have a rotten floor, then you almost certainly have rotten stringers, bulkheads and transom. You will find that the flor is the least of your worries right now. Pull the floor, perform some core tests on the stringers and transom and go from there.

And regarding the foam....yes, there will most likely be some that you will need to remove prior to removing stringers or transom. Here are some pics from when I ripped up my foam. It was everywhere!

Stringers and transom wood will also be rotten, so be prepared for lots of messy, nasty glass work.
