    Over Charging Problem

    1995 Evinrude 88SPL volt meter which was replaced last year started showing high voltage in the 16 - 18 volt range. Changed rectifier and still had high reading. Changed stator and still getting high voltage reading. Is there a regulator on this motor? If not what should I check next?
