    So I have figured it out. The 3 bolts which you mentioned screw into threaded bolts which push the bellhousing and I will remove the engine tomorrow. So let's see how the removal goes. Update to follow.

    Once again Scott your advice has paid off. I used a brass drift and knocked the pin towards the bellow. I cannot finish the job as I have my kids so will finish up the job another day. You're amazing. See how I knocked it in a bit. Making progress with this boat.
