    I have a couple of questions, 1) What is the point of Gluvit if there is an exposed seam inside the ribs which would allow water to get access to the rivots on the inside? 2) Why are people not getting old holes TIG welded vs. patching with JB and other materials?

    What size of plywood?? Transom and Floor

    So far from what I have read here, most guys are opting to use 3/4" vs 1/2" factory size plywood. Is this correct and will anything have to be adjusted to compensate? And either exterior grade or marine correct? And for transom is it just doubled up 3/4" and what is used between them...

    Bedliner Useful? Don't laugh ok!?

    Has anyone ever used spray on bedliner in the bottom of there starcraft resto vs gluvit? I thought of that before I came here and was wondering if it had ever been used? Its rubber based figured it might work. :D
