    I just replaced my fuel filter water separator. I didn't fill it with fuel when I put it back on. Now I have air in the system.     Mine pump ball fuel line is stiff and appears to be brittle. what problems could this cause? Also, I have an in line water/fuel filter, what maintenance does this require?

    05' Merc 50 slows but doesn't stall

    merc starts and runs fine, after a few minutes at high RPM slowes but doesn't stall. Any ideas?

    94 Merc 175 starter issue

    I cleaned the brushes, cleaned and oiled the grooves in the top piece that engages the flywheel, battery is new and fully charged, have 11.5 volts at the cylenoid, cleaned all connections twice. It still just spins, doesn't go up and engage the flywheel. I had difficulty getting the bottom half...

    Fuel control system?

    Have a 94 Merc. 175 XRI with no power to the fuel pump. The + side from the selenoid has 12V, the - side has no power. Turns over, have verified spark on all 6, took fuel pump off and verified it is good. Fuel control system? What else coud it be? thanks for your help. Dave

    Have a 94 Merc. 175 XRI with no power to the fuel pump. The + side from the selenoid has 12V, the - side has no power. Turns over, have verified spark on all 6, took fuel pump off and verified it is good. Help!
