    loss of RPMs

    all just noticed yesterday, my boat is down on rpm's 1 am doing about 25 mph at 3600 rpms, one I first got the boat 2 years ago I was doing almost 40 at 4800 rpms, I have no idea when the last tune up was, is it possible I have bad plugs/wires that would cause the loss of RPM's

    I have a sea ray 240, 2003 last season the air con worked fine, then I had it winterized, this past weekend I tried turning on the air con, systm came on, and it shows cooling but only warm air is coming out, there is no water flow out the side of the boat, I believe the sea **** may be closed...
