    Twas just a suggestion. If yhe lever is not parallel to the body of solenoid then its in the wrong position. I also read your issue wrong upon re reading. Aside from a stuck open needle and seat a primer valve is the next logical place where fuel can pass while squeezing bulb.

    Turn the red lever on the primer solenoid so that it is parallel to body of solenoid.

    You will probably need the timing cam follower roller as well. I think that motor has one, not sure and I am away from my shop.

    You are missing the cover on the throttle cam pick up roller. The timing roller is probably in the same condition. Replace those rollers, preform a link and synch per manual. Maybe check for a sheared flywheel key if that doesn't improve condition.

    The yellow/red stripe wires go to and from the neutral safety switch in the remote control. It's part of the start circuit.

    I was referring to the electric motor to pump seal. 5032915. That number has been superceded probably but a dealer could tell you the new number.

    I would pop the motor off and make sure it's not leaking between pump and motor. That's the most common repair I do on those. Thin little o ring goes bad.

    When you re assemble you will need to set the shift rod height. The dimension can be found in the manual or I believe there is a post in the top secret files at the top of the forum.
