I would yes. Equal both sides. In case you want to put the pump on that side (and I would so it’s not in the way of reaching the plug) and for cleaning. Aside from that your build looks great

Project is still mothballed. When I titled this thread, I had no idea just how accurate that would be. This spring, I went to war.
I was diagnosed with esophageal cancer. I thought I would be able to work on the boat in and around treatment, but I didn’t have it in me.
I’m now 8 weeks...
So I pulled the thermostat. Nothing stuck inside. No debris anywhere to be seen. I ran it while it was removed. Motor stays stone cold. no alarm. Telltale stream was not as strong. Absolute ton of water coming out of the blubber holes.
Next week I’m going to perform the telltail mod. And...
