    The last pic shows a wear spot where the hoses rub each other. Fix something or do something to stop the wear. The hose will be expensive $350 The smaller molded hose is NLA from most dealers.

    You want the Chrysler or Force?? Year? Two different critters. Shipping from the US or from ANYWHERE outside AU will be very expensive. Never saw a 48hp cowl. Look for salvage yards?

    Get the right muffs or modify one. The pics are the correct muffs. You can use the regular muffs but they don't work as well. If you use the regular make sure to run for short times and keep an ear tuned in for the alarm. Test the alarm?? key on, motor off, ground the orange lead at the buss...

    Back when RRitt (RIP) was fixing these pumps he mentioned re-tapping the port if the threads were buggered. Maybe someone has the info on doing that procedure? If one of the ports need fixing this might help?

    IF??? it's an actual 89/50 Force T+T it supposed to use 30w oil. But it would probably work with any oil ???? You say the motor works up but not down, does the motor run and nothing works or does the motor not run?? More info? If the relays click and nothing happens?? try switching the relays...

    2005 250 Yam 4stroke. My friend thinks he knows how to set these screws. He saw somebody do it using the gauges and says he can do without them. It's his motor and it runs like crap at low speed. Anyone know how or if it's printed how to do it someplace? Thanks

    Open the float bowl and see if there's any fuel getting past the needle/seat. Clean the carb, the low speed jets could be clogged after setting so long.
