Man, that is some out of the "boat" thinking (couldn't resist Dad joke). lol That being said, that isn't a bad idea, you probably can get a used van seat cheap and it would be sturdier then low end seating. SHSU

Ya, sounds like fuel from your description. Did you try pumping your primer bulb when you were getting limited power? Could have a bad fuel pump. Also you are pulling fuel a long so if you have a portable tank, might want to try that to see if the distance is the issue. SHSU

I hate the location of the drain plug on these hulls. I moved mine under the knee brace so you can clean it completely out and not get all the crud caught up underneath. SHSU

Man that is a fun filled report. Glad ya'll got home safe. When I had that kind of issue I found I had an air leak in the intake manifold. I didn't torque the bolts down properly. Sounded great in the driveway and when I started it up, but once I tried to accelerate it would bog. Made only...

    1980 Holiday 181

Getting out is easy, getting in.... We only take our youngest dog and he can jump in at the beach no problem. When we took our lady she would stand up with paws on the gunwale and we would have to pick up her backend to get her in. Just have to see what your dogs are comfortable with and if...

Start at the beginning and test the tachometer feed to make sure its sending a signal. As for the hesitation when trying to get up to speed, have you tried pumping your fuel bulb to see if it picks up RPM and punches through its stumble? SHSU
