    Math problem

Well I’m no math wiz but here’s my thinking 50:1 ratio in a one gallon tank would mean 2.6 oz of 2 cycle oil is needed. In a 6 gallon tank you would need 15.6 ( roughly 16) oz of 2 cycle oil. Is this trim end cap usable?

I’d try and get the surface where the last last washer sits a bit cleaner. Emory paper? and be sure the channel where the final c clip that holds the washer in place is clean. Since the seals are inside the cap you should be good to go. Good luck

Also epoxied up the old holes for trim tabs and fish finder. While I was at it I drilled out the outdrive holes ( a smidge over sized) and epoxied those up as well. Ya know the little details. Getting it done!

7-5 More progress. Finished replacing the after locker. Used polyester resin in 90 temps. Stuff was kicking off in like 10 minutes. 🤣 Made small batches about 8 oz at a time. dry fit the board. tabbed in with 6 in wide csm. Very happy with how it came out. A little paint and she will look purdy.
