    Went to cur my grass one last time and Bat went dead. Took the old Odyssey Bat removed from seaqdoo and installed in mower. Fired it up with a few grunts and got lawn done Both Seadoo and mower get PC925 Bats next year

    Double check if the old o-ring gut stuck on the face and there isn't 2 there now. If no to double rings then guess it's cracked

    Bring a measuring tape and get the distance from the top of the ventilation plate to top of water. Also is the drive straight up and down?

    Depends on how stiff, stiff is but most likely it will loosen up. Was the newer nylon bearing (item 4A) used?

    Agree, might also be the 10 pin connector. Have seen many times that the pins get corroded and some break away internally Can check with ohm meter

    Welcome The gauge has at least 3 connections. 12V when key is turned ON Ground Sender wire going from the gauge thru pin 3 to sender Remove the sender wire from sender. Turn key ON and ground wire, the gauge should peg Hot

    You have a MEFI-3 ECM so look for the Diagnostics connector, it will have a plastic cover over the pins and be near the ECM Start motor and let it warm up. Once warm use a paper clip or other jumper and connect pins A and B Set timing, lock down dizzy, remove jumper and shut motor off

    All boats with a inboard motor has to have a blower to vent the fumes out of the bilge area prior to starting motor. Turn blower ON for a few minutes prior to starting. If this isn't done and there is gas fumes in the bilge the boat can turn into a bomb

    Agree, bump the starter with your thumb over the #1 plug until it pops out air With the EST distributor set it in close and place motor in base timing mode to do final adjustment

    I have 3 or 4 of the 4 wheel dolly's and they work fine. Mine are old and at the time they had the braces mounted up high instead of low. Mounting up high is bad because the ski is heavy and that puts a lot of torque down low. I have modified them so all good now

    Welcome Most boats don't have much of a manual and those that do only a few provide wiring diagrams. Your best bet is get a voltmeter and trace voltages. Could be as simple as a wire was not reconnected to the battery You should have switches for, Navigation lights, Blower, Bilge pump, horn
