Do they make boat nav light wiring harness kits?

Or even boat wiring harnesses for nav lights, maybe a bilge pump, one or two accessory switches?

The reason I ask is that my dad just "inherited" his neighbors old aluminum boat when the old man died. Well, before he died, he took EVERYTHING out. It is a HULL, and ONLY a hull. His wife is digging through the old building in the back yard and can't seem to find where he put anything that came out of the boat. So we have no wiring, no lights, no light sockets, no bilge pump, no seats, no pedestals for the seats, no steering cable, nothing. Well the boat needs help so we have to fix the transom first. It was wood and rotten. But I was wondering if anyone makes like a pre-made wiring kit, like you get for a boat trailer. Where it's all made up and you just put the stuff where you want it. I am looking online and not really finding anything.

Can someone help? Thanks!

It just so happened that I decided to put a 40 on my little boat and pulled a 28 off which is sitting on a motor stand right now. So we actually HAVE an engine for it.
