did some painting after removing the rubber that was glued to the sidesthen test fit the backrest needs some triming here and there

if it does do 70 i dont recommend it, very scary, reminded me of going 160 in a car, feels that fast anyway, anyhow it looks like this it might the corners of your mouth curve upwards tho

i glassed a 3/4 ply pad to the deck sanded the high spots drilled screwholes filled them with resin spread a puddle around where the base was going let it get slightly gelly set the base and run in the screws.

it's a 68 i started on about a year ago took a break over the winter but back at it this weekend, looks like a 66 though
