    RAW To Closed ?

    Have a 1979 5.7 Mercruiser raw water system. Found a Heat exchanger for the change over. My question is do/will i need a different themostat housing/housing cover setup also ? Thanks, for any info, pics, diagrams. Cant tell in the parts diagrams or service manual.

    I have a 1972 MC-1 Drive W/ 165 L-6 Engine In my boat. Also have a good running 283 SB Chevy Engine. 1) Will the 283 bolt up to the L-6 bellhousing? 2) Will Manifolds from any early model SB chevy fit eg. 305,307,350 ? 3) What exhaust Y Would i get to bolt to my transom? Weighing it out! Thanks
