    i have a 12' lowe aluminum rowboat. The Decal claims it to be Low Line. The registration claims the boats year is 1976. It is a V up front and flat bottom in theback. What model is it? also the hin provided by the marine police was 6 digits. i thought all hin numbers were 12 digits?
