    VP 290 can't get bolt out of metal ring over the rubber ring.

    I think it's a 290 drive, it was installed in 1987 or 89 with a 5.7 in an old 68 Chris Craft. The other 5 bolts came loose, but 1 is not budging. Any suggestion. What would you try. Thanks

    Water Pump Indicator Hole, only exhaust coming out, 2002 40ph

    Put on muffs, fired up, no water coming out of the hole in rear, only exhaust, let it run for a minute and shut it off. It belongs to a friends mother, they asked if i would get it running for them this year. It runs fine, but shouldn't it be peeing somewhere, Thanks

    BBC , green wire to alt ???

    While putting things back together I noticed a green wire going to the alt. not hooked to anything. ? Didn't see anything to hook it to. There are 3 wires to the alt. Red, Black, and this Green wire. Where does it go ??? Thanks

    What Head Gaket do I need, 454ci, 330hp, MerCruiser

    I have a 1977 Formula, engine is original #14015445, Heads are newer 1987-1991 #14092360 I'm having a problem figureing what gasket i need. The gasket that came off has GM14096655 stamped on it. Some help/suggestions sure will be appreciated. Larry
