BBC Head Bolt Torque / help

I'm puttin my heads back on tomorrow.
What is the torque, and sequence ?
And any pointers, suggestion, etc

I havn't done this kinda engine work in 40yrs. or more,
and hopefully this is my last.
Although, I have to admit, I'v kinda enjoyed it.

I dowloaded it and it will be very heplful to me.

But I read slower than i type and i'm puttin the heads on tomorrow.
Just thought I'd ask for torque specs. and maybe some, don't forget to's, or i like to do such and such.

As long as I have done motors I still open the page to do it correctly.Best to read the manual .
