does anyone out there have the diagram (or can you email me) from the original owners manual on how to install the bottom part of the shift solenoid into the (i believe its the oil pump) is there something that holds the bottom of the shift solenoid in place>
i had a 70' hydro electric lower...
friend has old merc shifter control box, i have a 60hp johnson hydro-electric drive shifter control box on my boat now. question is can i use the mercury electric shift switch in a johnson or does the mercury not have one?
just got a 60hp johnson hydro-electric drive had shifter dog looked at
and was told problem was in the control box. problem is boat starts and runs
excellent but after no wake zone i give it gas and it thunks every 3 to 4 seconds those thunks shake the boat it catches and resumes.
frustrated...
