    Hard to start when engine is warm

    So, I'm trying to figure out why my engine will fire right up when it is cold, and then, if I leave it sit out on the water for an hour or so not running, it is a complete bear to start. This seems to happen pretty consitently. Does this make sense to anyone? Thanks.

    Does anyone know what this is?
