    Broken nipple on lower unit

Last weekend my partner accidentally broke the nipple off the lower unit after he cleared the branches from the outboard. I'm unsure what the tube and nipple is for so to be on the safe side I placed order for the nipple part. Part # 0336535 nipple for '99 Johnson 150HP. My question is do I pull...

Below is what I posted on other fishing forum. Not getting a reply day before yesterday. Figure I would get more help on here. Trying to get it fixed asap. "The motor is Motorguide Brute 756 with 12/OFF/24 switch on foot control. The male plug is 3 wires black, red and white...four 6-gauge...

If I purchase a Raker with same pitch will I get a better rpm and increase in speed? The manual says the mid range for this motor should be at 4,500 to 5,500 rpm and I'm getting lower...

Only turns over at WOT, bad fuel?

I bought a boat about a month ago. The previous owner had the starboard fuel tank full. Then I had the port side filled. Now its empty except the starboard, figured I'd better use it (starboard) today before it aged. Today every time I tried to get the '99 Johnson 150 2 strokes to turn over. It...

One gas gauge always reads empty

We just purchased a 2000 Sprint 277 Pro Tournament last week. When the gas gauge is on Port side it reads fine but when switched to starboard side it shows empty but you can see the gas in the tank so we know its almost full. We are fairly new to this and if someone could suggest what...
