I have about 125 feet to go to a 1hp pump - I can go either convential 110 or a 220 plug.5
both outlet plugs are right next to each other - i will use the 220 from the dryer - we swithced to gas a many years ago.
I have not bought the wiring yet

115 is a 10 guage
220 is 14 gauge...

I need the pump only for irrigation. The head is about 125 feet.
I have the pump right at lake level but pump it up a hill to the gardens.

Apparently 4 - today they were out in force on Falls Lake here in NC and they were pulled up to the dock to take out the boats.
1 driving the truck
1 in the boat
1 on the trailer
1 giving directions to the other 3
They got the boat out - eventually :-)

I have an older suzuki 40 and the gas line takes an outdated adapter. I only had a 6 gallon tank and a 12 would not really fit. This past saturday I fixed up another 6 gallon tank to a T and 2 valves one to 1 tank 1 to the other. They sit in either corner of the boat just perfect.
