How many wildlife patrol man does it take to retrieve a boat?

Apparently 4 - today they were out in force on Falls Lake here in NC and they were pulled up to the dock to take out the boats.

1 driving the truck
1 in the boat
1 on the trailer
1 giving directions to the other 3

They got the boat out - eventually
