ok i noticed there are 2 types of eating fishermen.

Those that eat the fish with the head on and those that eat it without the head.

Me and my sons, like the head on, the cheek is the best meat there is. Sometime when you are in the pacific NW ask for halibut cheek...

So the question is

With or without?

Next the shrimp poll.

I most always fillet my fish, but on those rare occasions when I don't, I fry em with the head off. Kinda weird having a fish head on the dinner plate to me

Stream trout head on, everything else head off.

The wording of the poll question makes no sense. Either preference calls for a YES answer.

Filleted, 10 seconds per side, no bones, no mess. Although on Walleye & Sauger I do cut out the cheeks too.
