Shower-two weeks?

Uh oh. Trouble again. 2 weeks is pushing it.. But when you have lots of downtime in the winter and don't leave the house and just sit on a forum all day, lucky if the jammies come off.....Lol

well yes and no. remember a lot of "us" as in "old guys" had rear wheel drive. (technically I still do as both my truck and jeep are rear wheel drive unless locked in) but some of the younger crowd has never had the pleasure of RWD.

yep kids today think they invented drifting....ha ha ha we did every winter. LOL

Had my daughter (15 w/ permit) with me yesterday, did a really nice long drift in an empty parking lot ended in perfect parking alignment. She looked at me with a big smile and said, "Well that was nice." Love my RWD Caprice wagon.

Beard starts first snowfall or Nov#1, what ever comes first
Comes off when I can see the grass over the septic tank and ice melting on the driveway, when you work outside in the winter that hair does make a difference.

+1 Hunting season the razor sits on the shelf, the trimmer gets put to use, usually until after trout opener.

My rant - Why does stuff always break down when you need it most. Plowed yesterday morning, went to plow last night and the fuel pump quit. Had to spend 3.5 hours using the snow blower. #@%!$%$?

At -8 F I'm not going out to try and fix it.

very nice. I learned to drive in a Plymouth Fury station wagon, was a beast on my road test. it was perfect for "drifting" though.

If I shut off all of the safety systems on my SUV's I can force them to drift even when the on demand awd kicks on (can't shut that off). First time I heard of 'drifting' I was confused because we drifted all the way to school when we were 16 in our late, 1970's Cutlass Supremes. I couldn't believe they formally named it.

One of our communities here in Michigan actually made TV announcements saying you were not allowed to leave your house and drive. Said it was too cold and snowy out, said they would issue tickets to anyone caught driving in this cold/snowy weather.
Having lived in Michigan all my life, I can tell you, most of us know better than to go out unless we must, we have brains. In another discussion, folks are really upset that we need big brother to take care of us on such a small issue. I could care less myself, they would never be able to catch me.

Ha, Ha, there seems to be very little that will stop most of us here in MN no matter the conditions. It's that first inch of snow that causes all the problems...the next 20 inches go un noticed if you stay in the tracks. As for all the cold that caused two days of school closures...people were still out in force. I'm starting to think that while there are more than 50% of the people who aren't contributing monetarily beyond easily controlled consumption taxes...even they don't want to be told what to do and big brother is truly out of touch.
If you told me when I was a kid that this is how it would be as an adult, I'd have called you a liar.

yep I have been pulled off the road by police twice many years ago for driving when roads were closed. At the time I didn't relaize they had closed roads. Both times I was escorted to a motel.
