X 2 It's just not worth what could happen. At first You think you are making some extra money up front then something happends, And then you end up paying for it, For the rest of your life in some way.I did not read the entire thread, but some said they would rent if the price was right. The price can never be right imo. Even if they leave a cash deposit for the replacement of the boat. I have insurance on the boat, but if damage is caused to another boat, dock or they sink the boat my insurance will not cover it as I rented the boat. So I am on the hook for whatever. God forbid somebody gets hurt. You will pay for that for the rest of your life. In the past I have loaned my boat to my brother and go it back with dock rash on it or other and ended up just being out of pocket to fix it. So no not under any circumstances.
