Where to Buy Epoxy Filler

Can I buy good quality filler epoxy at Lowes or Home Depot? Something like marinetex, etc??

I bought some Power Poxy Marine formula at Menards (Similar to Lowes and Home Depot) They had it in twin syringe dispensers and in tubs. Worked great. It is a gel type epoxy (toothpaste consistency) that dries white.
