Ok, I initially wasn't going to post the crazy things I have done but I figured what the heck!!!! to name a few, I came off a bike at 110mph broke my collar bone,dislocated shoulder,joint sprains on every joint in my body. I have had 2800lb equipment fall on me from 5'up. chased guys down the block trying to get a shot off at them with an M-1 and a 30 shot clip (they had broke into my home) The cops showed up from reports of a man with a gun

Sounds crazy to me but I did it. did 94 mph in 600 feet on a snowmobile. I also rode 40 miles at 50 to 80mph in 30 below zero weather,BRRRRRRRRRRRRrrrrrrrrrrr.

That's funny -30F is a normal day out on the sled after a storm rolls through.

30 to 50 below isn't real normal out here on the east coast. The drag sled was built by one of the shops out in Wisconson. One of the first skidoo 3 cylinders. At the time, that was impressive. Now its out of the box...so I hear.

Climbed over the security barbed wire tipped fence to gain access to the flood gates of a local dam (Mahoning River) opened one of the hatches and dangled just above the rushing waters, then balanced on the cement wall with the river 200' below, those "Purple Microdots" were really kicking in about then, what a rush. I was only 16yrs old at the time and would do about anything for cheap thrills.

I flew to Peru 5 times um, let's say under the radar, back in the 80's on a friend's dad's leer jet. Very crazy.

I was at my girlfriends apartment and she was telling me about setting her trash outside the door and having cats rip the bag apart, too cold out, too dark, too lazy to take it to the dumpster, blah, blah. I opened the door and saw a cat bolting down the sidewalk and IT'S ON! I was hot on it's heels and ready to give it the boot when it rounded the garage and popped into the light.

Quickly, my brain put 2&2 together and I noticed the white stripes going down the back of the SKUNK before I kicked it!

Ever see someone running full out, getting ready to kick, doing a 1 legged skid and trying to reverse direction all a the same time, my ol' girl friend thought it was pretty of funny...



Same GF made me stop and tow one of her broke down (male) friends with my hotrod. Dude was a real piece of work and giving me sh*t about my little truck towing him through the mountains, instead of graciously accepting the tow. I was young and dumb, and just had to show him what a POS truck it was. He got a 85-90MPH white knuckle ride up and down the mountains, dangling by a 25' chain behind my truck. When we got to the interstate turn off he locked up his brakes and wouldn't let me tow him further. On second thought, that wasn't crazy, it was just plain dumb

When I was 30, my wife and I quit our jobs, sold our cars, sold our house and most of our 'stuff'....left our city with a back pack each and a plane ticket to Kuala Lumpur Malaysia with a return ticket one year later.

Spent the next 12 months to the day....ummm, walking around....tons of stories and adventures...at the top (literally) was 35 days trekking in the Himalayas' visiting Everest base camp.

You and Skargo are running neck and neck.
Keep them coming boys and girls.

You just reminded me of a part of my life I'd just as soon forget.

Yep out of the box, even my wife's touring sled will easily break 100 in a jif. The further you go toward Canada, the more absurd our temperatures are in MN. Don't see many new three cylinder cylinders any more but the ones that remain that you see are generally thought of as quick but bad mileage. I'm just excited to see that something we take for granted is someone elses crazy.

UMMMMM, there are guy's around here that climb 1000+ feet almost vertical at those speeds.

But ...I almost kill myself bug bombing my boat.
Someone found me passed-out on the dock between the 2 boats.
I woke up in the hospital 10hrs later with about 5 IV tubes sticking in me.:redface:
