what kind of paint?

Im looking to paint new epoxy coated fiberglass in the center bilge area of a bass boat that I just finished replacing the stringers and transom in. Which type of paint is the best for this? Topside, Bilgekote, etc???

Hello cajun..

If it were mine..I would use Awlgrip LP ( not awlcraft but AWGRIP ).

Deblush your epoxy and prep/sand as needed ( I would wash with soap and water with a red scotch bright..then sand with 180-220 when dry..then clean ).

Use the proper brushing catalyst ( your not looking to roll and tip..just coverage ).

Just my 2Cents..

Bilgekote is good..but for multiple applications you have to dry/sand/paint over again..
