What is my engine and how to fix

Please I need help my first boat..Just got on here approved today..First off I can find my model..I think it's a 1987 140 v4 bro looper..I say looper cus the 1 barrel carbs..But it runs great..I found a rubber mount that needed replaced..Found out had to drop lower unit..Witch I did yesterday..Bolts were hard *** hell to get out but now how do I take bottom swivel rubber mourns out of midsection exhaust...And now that I got lower unit off how to I check what're pump is going to last and seals and so don't have to do it again in 5 months..I ran it with ear muffs sounds good and pisses water and prop spins smooth ..Will post pics..Any help will be appreciated

I started all this cus that rubber piece I got it lose..How do I get rubber out?

I had a hard time getting those 4 bolts off. 1 is still have way in there but rubber has separated from metal.. how do I get those rubber mounts off
