like I say, I can do two simultaneous 20 min tests and confirm or eliminate the ign system without taking anything apart.<br /> if he wishes he will do it if not keep chunking cash at it.<br /> I have told him yet he refuses to believe, however it does require a timing light and a DVA meter, preferably analog.

Tony let a real mechanic take a look at it. This whole thing is beyond ridiculous.

If rust from manifold or riser falls into chamber it can lodge under valves, it can crack valves, it can crack heads if the lodging point is between the valves, if caught under an intake valve it surely will make it backfire. I continued to use mine until both heads needed work. I did go with glm alu manifolds and they were easy to install. Two seasons with them,"great"
